Before you approve: your money back, no questions

Full refund any time before you approve your proof. You see a free preview before you pay, and after you order we email you the full proof. Nothing prints until you approve every page. If you'd rather not go ahead, reply to any email and we'll refund you in full.

After it prints: one rule

If anything about your book isn't right, reply to any email with a photo. We'll fix it with a free reprint, or give your money back if we can't. Usually within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
